63Removal from defence area

#### 63 Removal from defence area (1) A person may be removed from a defence area if the person: (a) is in the defence area in contravention of subsection 59(3); or (b) fails to comply with a condition of permission given to the person for the purposes of section 59 or 61. (2) An item of movable property may be removed from a defence area if: (a) the item is in the defence area in contravention of subsection 60(5); or (b) a condition of permission given for the purposes of section 60 in relation to the item is not complied with. (3) The person or item may be removed by or under the direction of: (a) a member of the Defence Force; or (b) a police officer; or (c) an Australian Government officer; or (d) a person authorised by the Minister. (4) The power of removal is without prejudice to any proceedings that may be taken against a person.
