#### 44 Inspector‑General ADF to consider complaint (1) If a complaint is made by a member under this Part, the Inspector‑General ADF must consider the complaint. (2) Subsection (1) has effect subject to section 46 of this instrument and subsection 110DB(1) of the Act. > Note: Subsection 110DB(1) of the Act provides that the Inspector‑General ADF may end an inquiry or investigation if he or she is satisfied that it is not warranted having regard to all the circumstances. (3) In considering the complaint, the Inspector‑General ADF may adopt any procedure that he or she considers appropriate in the circumstances.
