#### 37H Withdrawing application or request (1) A person who has made an application under section 37C may withdraw the application at any time by giving written notice to an authorised application officer. (2) A person who has made a request under subsection 37G(2) may withdraw the request at any time by giving written notice to the person to whom the request was made.
