58 Jurisdiction of courts
Where this Act provides for the determination of a matter by a court:
(a) if the court is a court of a State—the court is invested with federal jurisdiction to hear and determine the matter; and
(b) if the court is a court of a Territory—jurisdiction is conferred on the court to hear and determine the matter.
