50A Application

This Part does not authorize a prescribed authority, a bank, a State or an authority of a State to make a loan, to guarantee the repayment of a loan or of interest on a loan or to make property available unless an application for the making of the loan, for the giving of the guarantee or for the making of the property available was received by the prescribed authority, the bank, the State or the authority of the State, as the case may be, on or before 14 May 1985.
