49D Persons not entitled to assistance or benefit
A disabled person is not entitled to receive any assistance or benefit under this Part:
(a) if he is entitled to receive the like assistance or benefit from the Repatriation Commission; or
(b) unless he applies to the Secretary or the CEO, as the case requires, for that assistance or benefit within a period of 12 months commencing on the date on which he becomes a former regular serviceman.
