49 Persons not entitled to assistance or benefit
A disabled person is not entitled to receive any assistance or benefit under this Part:
(a) if he is entitled to receive the like assistance or benefit from the Repatriation Commission; or
(b) unless he applied to the Secretary or the CEO, as the case requires, for assistance or benefit under this Part within 12 months after the completion of his national service.
