42 Part not to apply to trustees

This Part does not apply to, or in relation to, any obligation of a national serviceman or of a female dependant of a national serviceman under or by virtue of a mortgage, contract, agreement or bill of sale that he or she has given or entered into as a trustee or in any representative capacity, or in respect of any liability that he or she has incurred as a trustee or in any such capacity.
