#### 88 Application to resign from Defence Force
(1) An officer to whom Division 2 does not apply may apply to the Chief of the officer’s Service to resign from the Defence Force.
(2) The Chief of the officer’s Service must:
(a) refuse the application in accordance with regulation 90; or
(b) grant the application under regulation 91.
