#### 37 Eligibility for promotion (1) A Chief may determine conditions with which an enlisted member must comply to be eligible for: (a) promotion to a non‑commissioned rank of the Chief’s Service; or (b) provisional promotion. (2) A Chief may determine that an enlisted member is not required to comply with a specified condition determined under subregulation (1).
