#### 13 Application of Division 1 This Division does not apply in relation to the appointment of a chaplain. > Note: Chaplains are formally appointed in accordance with Chapter 11\. However, the arrangements in Divisions 2, 3, 4 and 6 apply to the appointment of chaplains: see Chapter 11.
