#### 113 Command and functions (1) A chaplain does not have, and must not exercise, military executive command. (2) A chaplain must not be appointed to any of the following positions: (a) member of a court martial; (c) member of a court or a board of inquiry; (d) Chief of the Defence Force Commission of Inquiry.
