70C Power of inquiry assistant
If a person is appointed as an inquiry assistant to assist an Inquiry Officer, the person: (a) may assist the Inquiry Officer to gather evidence for the purposes of the inquiry; and (b) must give to the Inquiry Officer any evidence he or she has gathered for the purposes of the inquiry.
