48 Reconstitution of Combined Board of Inquiry on death etc of member

Notwithstanding anything in this Part, where a person ceases to be a member of a Combined Board of Inquiry before the Board completes its inquiry: (a) the Minister may appoint a person to be a member of the Board or direct the Board to continue the inquiry constituted with its remaining members; and (b) the inquiry by the Board is suspended until the Minister so appoints or directs or the Board is dissolved under subregulation 67 (3).
