45 Procedure, summoning of witnesses etc

Regulation 28 and regulations 30 to 34 (inclusive) apply to, and in relation to, a Combined Board of Inquiry as if references in those regulations: (a) to a Board of Inquiry were references to a Combined Board of Inquiry; and (b) to the appointing authority were references to the Minister.
