112 President
(1) The appointing authority must, in the instrument appointing a Commission of Inquiry or by later instrument, appoint 1 of the members of the Commission of Inquiry to be the President. (2) The President of the Commission of Inquiry must: (a) have judicial experience; and (b) be a civilian; and (c) not be a Permanent or Reserve member of the Defence Force.
