28 Recording of Tribunal proceedings
(1) The Tribunal may: (a) record a Tribunal proceeding; and (b) make a transcript of the recording for its own purposes. (2) If the Tribunal records a Tribunal proceeding, the Tribunal must: (a) tell persons attending the proceeding that their evidence will be recorded; and (b) give a person who gives evidence at the proceeding an electronic copy of the person’s evidence on request.
