#### 27 Tribunal powers in relation to documents The Tribunal may: (a) retain a document given to the Tribunal under a provision of these procedural rules or under subsection 110XC(1) of the Act for as long as the Tribunal considers necessary; and (b) make copies of or take extracts from the document.
