Modifications of the Military Financial Regulations in their continued application to the Permanent Military Forces and other members rendering continuous full-time service

Regulation 8a..................	Omit from paragraph (a) “ or ”.
	Omit paragraph (b), substitute the following:—
	“ (b) if the officer holds a rank specified in Schedule 1 to the Defence Force (Salaries) Regulations or a higher rank; or
	“ (c) being a medical officer or dental officer within the meaning of the Defence Force (Salaries) Regulations, holds the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel or a higher rank.”.
