2 Commencement
(1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), this Act shall come into operation on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent. (2) Part II, other than section 16, shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1 July 1973. (3) Part III shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1 July 1975.
