86Refund of previous contributions

#### 86 Refund of previous contributions (1) Where the amount of previous contributions of an existing contributor exceeds an amount equal to 5.5% of the amount of his aggregate pay in respect of his period of previous contributory qualifying service, he is entitled to a refund of so much of the previous contributions as is equal to the amount of the excess. (2) The amount of any refund to which a person is entitled under subsection (1) shall be paid by the Commonwealth.
