#### 81 Member who resigned to contest an election Where a person who has made an election under section 76 is, for the purposes of Part VII, a re‑instated candidate to whom that Part applies or is, by virtue of section 55, to be deemed to have continued to have been an eligible member of the Defence Force, this Act has effect as if the election had not been made.
