#### 51 Election by re‑instated candidate A re‑instated candidate may, by notice in writing given to CSC within a period of 30 days after again becoming an eligible member of the Defence Force or within such further period as CSC, in special circumstances, allows, elect to be treated as an eligible member of the Defence Force in respect of the period commencing when he ceased to be such an eligible member and ending when he again became such an eligible member.
