#### 125 Payments by the Commonwealth (1) Any payment of benefit under this Act shall be paid by the Commonwealth. (2) The costs of and incidental to a medical examination carried out for the purposes of section 35 shall be paid by the Commonwealth. (3) All payments by the Commonwealth under this Act shall be paid out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund, which is appropriated accordingly.
