124ADeterminations with respect to surcharge deduction amount

#### 124A Determinations with respect to surcharge deduction amount (1) CSC must, in accordance with advice received from the Australian Government Actuary, determine in writing the conversion factor that, having regard to: (a) the age of a member of the scheme when a benefit becomes payable to the member; and (b) other relevant factors (if any); is applicable for the purpose of working out, in relation to the member, the yearly amount that would have to be paid to discharge a liability equal to the member’s surcharge deduction amount. (2) A determination under subsection (1) must be published in the Gazette.
