90 Resumption of consideration of complaints referred to Chief of the Defence Force
If: (a) a complaint resolution process has been suspended under regulation 89; and (b) the Chief of the Defence Force becomes aware that the external process, disciplinary action or dispute resolution process has been completed; the Chief of the Defence Force must, as soon as is reasonably practicable, resume consideration of the complaint.
