80 Resumption of consideration of complaint
If: (a) a complaint resolution process has been suspended under regulation 79; and (b) the commanding officer becomes aware that the external process, disciplinary action or alternative dispute resolution process has been completed; the commanding officer must, as soon as is reasonably practicable, resume consideration of the complaint.
