#### 19 Compliance with form provided by Commonwealth, State or Territory law sufficient An affidavit or declaration sworn or made in pursuance of this Part is sufficient in law if it is substantially in accordance with the form provided by a law of the Commonwealth or of the State or Territory in which the affidavit or declaration is to be used.
