#### 11 Orders and delegations not to lapse An order or a delegation made under this Part does not lapse or become ineffective by reason only that a person who made, or participated in making, the joint order or the delegation has ceased to hold an office by the authority of which he made, or participated in making, the joint order or the delegation.
