#### 6 Family members For the purposes of this Act, the members of a person's family are: (a) the person’s spouse or de facto partner; and (b) a child of the person or of the person’s spouse or de facto partner; and (c) a parent of the person, or of the person’s spouse or de facto partner, who is ordinarily dependent on the person.
