#### 6 Period for appeal from a decision of a single member of the Tribunal For the purposes of subsection 17(2) of the Act, the period within which a person affected by a decision referred to in that subsection may appeal to the Tribunal from the decision is the period of 10 days from the day on which the person is notified of the decision.
