#### 13 Registry
(1) There is to be a Registry of the Tribunal.
(2) The Registry is to be at such place as the President directs.
(3) The Registrar is to have custody of:
(a) any records of the Tribunal kept in the Registry; and
(b) documents lodged or filed with the Registrar or a Deputy Registrar.
(4) The Registrar must keep proper records of:
(a) proceedings before the Tribunal; and
(b) documents in the custody of the Registrar.
