#### 11 Manner of enforcing order for payment of costs An order under subsection 37(3) of the Act for the payment of an amount of costs by an appellant may be enforced in either or both of the following ways: (a) by the amount, or a part of the amount, being recovered as a debt due to the Commonwealth by action in a court of competent jurisdiction; (b) by deducting the amount, or a part of the amount, from any pay and allowances earned by the appellant as a member of the Defence Force.
