#### 38 Restitution orders, reparation orders and removal orders The Tribunal may, by order, on an appeal against a conviction upon which a restitution order, reparation order or removal order within the meaning of the Defence Force Discipline Act 1982 was made, annul or vary that order notwithstanding that the conviction is not quashed and: (a) if the order is annulled—it does not take effect; or (b) if the order is varied—it takes effect as varied.
