64 Punishment for ancillary offences Where a service offence: (a) is an ancillary offence in relation to another offence (other than an offence against section 61); and (b) is punishable otherwise than by a fixed punishment; then, notwithstanding anything contained in the Crimes Act 1914, the punishment for that service offence is a punishment not more severe than the maximum punishment for that offence.
