48BFailure to comply with removal order

48B  Failure to comply with removal order  (a) a removal order applies to the member; and  (b) the member fails to comply with the removal order.  (2) Subsection (1) does not apply if it is not reasonably practicable for the member to comply with the order. Note 1: The defendant bears an evidential burden in relation to the matter in subsection (2). See subsection 13.3(3) of the Criminal Code.
