42  Inaccurate certification in relation to ships, aircraft, vehicles etc.  (a) the person gives a certificate, makes or signs a document or makes an entry in a document; and  (b) the certificate, document or entry relates to any matter affecting the safety or efficiency of a service ship, service aircraft, service vehicle, service missile or service weapon; and  (c) the person does not take reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of the certificate, document or entry.
