190  Jurisdiction of civil courts in relation to offences  (1) Subject to the Constitution, a civil court does not have jurisdiction to try a charge of a service offence.  (2) Subject to subsection (4), the jurisdiction of a civil court to try a charge of a civil court offence is not affected by this Act.  (4) A civil court does not have jurisdiction to try a charge of a civil court offence that:  (a) is an ancillary offence in relation to an offence against this Act (other than section 61) or the regulations; and  (b) was committed by a person at a time when the person was a defence member or a defence civilian.
