117 Eligibility to be judge advocate
(1) For the purposes of this Act, a person is eligible to be the judge advocate of a court martial if, and only if, the person is a member of the judge advocates’ panel.
(2) An appointment of a judge advocate of a court martial under subparagraph 119(1)(a)(iii) is on a part‑time basis.
