This Act has been repealed and is no longer in force. It is retained for historical reference.
This instrument names the senior ADF officers authorized to exercise legal powers under the Defence prohibited‑substances testing and management framework. It covers senior commanders across Joint Operations, the Royal Australian Navy, the Australian Army and the Royal Australian Air Force.
It matters because officers must be specifically named to have authority to act under the framework; this instrument replaces the March 2019 version.
