This Determination gives a single Defence member (employee no. 8183213) entitlement to return economy flights for each of their children between the children’s nearest airport and the member’s posting location, and it covers quarantine accommodation charges if quarantine is required because of that travel. Payments may be reimbursed to the member or paid directly to the organisation collecting the charge; Defence administration must verify that quarantine is required and the charge has been levied, and will determine the payment method.
