95 Review of the operation of this Act
(1) The Minister must cause an independent review of the operation of this Act to be conducted as soon as practicable after the end of the period of 3 years beginning on the day this Act commences.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the review must consider the effectiveness of the functions and powers of the Commissioner and the Commission to achieve the object of this Act.
(3) The persons who undertake the review must give the Minister a written report of the review before the end of the period of 6 months beginning on the day the review commences.
(4) The Minister must cause a copy of the report of the review to be tabled in each House of the Parliament within 15 sitting days of that House after the report is given to the Minister.
