92 Duty of accountable authority etc. to assist Commissioner
(1) An accountable authority of a Commonwealth entity must ensure the Commonwealth entity uses its best endeavours to assist the Commissioner in the performance of the Commissioner’s functions.
(2) An official of a Commonwealth entity must use the official’s best endeavours to assist the Commissioner in the performance of the Commissioner’s functions.
