72L Powers not to be used to stop protests etc.
In exercising powers under this Part, a defence security official must not stop or restrict any protest, dissent, assembly or industrial action, unless there is a reasonable likelihood of:
(a) death of, or serious injury to, persons; or
(b) the commission of a criminal offence.
