51R Offence for failing to comply with a direction (a) the person is given a direction under Division 3, 4 or 5; and (b) the person fails to comply with the direction. Penalty: 60 penalty units. Geographical jurisdiction for offences (2) Section 15.4 of the Criminal Code (extended geographical jurisdiction—category D) applies to an offence against subsection (1).
