116R Delegation (1) The Minister may by writing signed by him or her, delegate to an officer of the Defence Force or an officer of the Department all or any of his or her powers under this Part or the by‑laws, other than his or her powers under section 116ZD to make by‑laws. (4) Subsections 120A(8) and (9) apply in relation to a delegation under this section as if it were a delegation under section 120A.
