115L ART review of decisions Applications may be made to the ART for review of the following decisions: (a) a reviewable decision that is made by the Minister personally; (b) a decision of the Minister made under section 115K to affirm, vary or revoke a reviewable decision. Note: The Minister may be taken to have affirmed a reviewable decision: see subsection 115K(7).
