115D  Offence for failing to comply with a condition of an authorisation  (a) a foreign work authorisation granted to the individual is in force; and  (b) the authorisation is subject to a condition; and  (c) the individual does an act or omits to do an act; and  (d) the act or omission contravenes the condition. Penalty: Imprisonment for 5 years.  (2) Section 15.2 of the Criminal Code (extended geographical jurisdiction—category B) applies to an offence against this section.
