114 Definition of foreign work restricted individual (1) A foreign work restricted individual is an individual who was, but is not currently, a defence staff member. (2) Despite subsection (1), an individual is not a foreign work restricted individual if the individual is included in a class of individuals covered by an instrument in force under subsection 115(1).
