sec.3 Requirements for photograph
This section applies to an applicant under the Act who is required to supply photographs of the applicant to accompany an application. Each photograph must be— at least 35mm x 45mm and not more than 40mm x 50mm in size; and certified by a person who— is at least 18 years of age; and has known the applicant for at least 12 months immediately before the application; and is not related to the applicant by birth or marriage, or in a de facto relationship with the applicant. The person certifying the photograph must, on the back of the photograph— write ‘This is a true photograph of [name of applicant]’; and sign his or her name. (sec.3-ssec.1) This section applies to an applicant under the Act who is required to supply photographs of the applicant to accompany an application. (sec.3-ssec.2) Each photograph must be— at least 35mm x 45mm and not more than 40mm x 50mm in size; and certified by a person who— is at least 18 years of age; and has known the applicant for at least 12 months immediately before the application; and is not related to the applicant by birth or marriage, or in a de facto relationship with the applicant.
